XLPE-Schaumstoffe k\u00f6nnen gestanzt, formgepre\u00dft oder thermogeformt werden und zeichnen sich durch extrem kleine Zellen aus, die dem Material geschmeidige und weiche, haptische Eigenschaften verleihen und es zu einer idealen Verpackungsl\u00f6sung f\u00fcr orthop\u00e4dische Implantate machen.<\/p><p>Das von Zotefoam hergestellte PLASTAZOTE\u00ae ist einer der am h\u00e4ufigsten im Medizin- und Gesundheitsmarkt verwendeten geschlossenzelligen, vernetzten Polyethylenschaumstoffe. PLASTAZOTE wird im Bereich orthop\u00e4discher Implantate zum Schutz chirurgischer Implantate eingesetzt. Dank seiner einzigartigen, geschlossenzelligen Eigenschaften kann er leicht gestanzt und formgepresst werden und ist damit eine ideale Verpackungsl\u00f6sung mit einem Minimum an Partikelverunreinigung nach der Verarbeitung. Das Herstellungsverfahren f\u00fcr Plastazote enth\u00e4lt keine chemischen Substanzen im Schaum und ist au\u00dferdem frei von Latex, schadstofffrei und hyperallergen, so dass es in direktem Kontakt
